The spacious, tastefully decorated apartment had all the amenities we needed. The central location allowed easy access to attractions and day trips. Mariella provided excellent recommendations. The frig was stocked with awesome drinks and yogurt, and the moka coffee maker brewed mind-blowing coffee. The location was perfect for exploring the historic center, although it might not be everyone's cup of tea. The apartment was like a gem with its separate kitchen area and quiet courtyard-facing windows. They even let us check in early and store our bags after checkout. The in-room breakfast selection was super and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a LOVELY bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at Donna Mariella. The location was perfect, close to the historical quarter and surrounded by cultural buildings. I loved the charming atmosphere of the old building and the friendly people in the piazetta outside. The hosts, Mariella and Paolo, were excellent. They were always helpful, informative, and made sure I had everything I needed. The communication was easy and they even gave me a nice souvenir gift. I had a great experience and would recommend this property for a stay in Naples.

On the positive side, the hosts were amazing! They were extremely helpful, friendly, and provided a lot of useful information. They made me feel very welcome and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great. It was conveniently located near all the main attractions and I could easily explore the city. Lastly, I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the well-stocked fridge in the apartment. It was a nice touch and made my mornings really convenient.

It had a bit of an unpleasant smell which was a major downside for me. Although it wasn't a huge issue, it did make my stay less enjoyable.

The spacious and clean rooms were a great value for the price. The small bottle of wine and local sweet provided a nice touch. The caretaker was helpful in arranging transportation and always available for questions.

Finding the hotel was a bit difficult and the taxi driver was unhelpful. Additionally, the breakfast could have been better replenished and the air conditioning was not powerful enough to keep the beds cool at night.

The spacious and impeccably clean apartments were beautifully decorated, and every little detail was taken care of. Mariella's warm welcome made us feel right at home, and we were spoiled with a variety of breakfast options and delicious Neapolitan treats. The location was perfect, in the heart of the historic city and close to many attractions. Mariella also provided us with great gastronomic and cultural recommendations. We can't wait to come back. Misleading description of the room. Advertised as a one-bedroom house with a large bed and two sofa beds, but it was actually a small studio.

Bad smell in the bathroom.

Great location, very clean room, and friendly staff. the breakfast was better than expected, with a good variety of packaged items. the staff provided helpful tips on what to see and where to eat. the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and tableware. the apartment was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. a welcoming and comfortable experience.

Some towels were falling apart and left cotton on the skin. A minor inconvenience was that the bathroom had no window for ventilation.

A charming and well-equipped accommodation with free WiFi. The Italian style self-service breakfast was a delightful surprise. I especially enjoyed the cozy shared lounge area for relaxation.

The private entrance, which required a secret handshake to unlock. Quite the challenge!

This hidden gem is in a great location, close to the Duomo and right off Via Tribunali. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with lovely bathrooms and kitchenettes. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a warm and genuine welcome. They offer generous snacks, coffee, and other drinks, ensuring guests feel well taken care of. Additionally, the hosts are easily accessible via WhatsApp and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

The automated lock on the apartment door can be confusing and may cause some difficulty for guests.
